Jersey Concept Flooring & Renovation was founded in West Long Branch in 2023 — but our founder, Andriel, had already spent 8+ years in the trade before that, working jobs that too often got rushed, subcontracted out, and left with corners cut nobody would notice until year two.

That experience is why we're a single crew — no revolving door of subcontractors, no franchise sales scripts. The people who measure your home are the same people who install your floor, which means the plan we quote is the plan you get.

Since opening our doors, we've installed and refinished more than 1,500 floors across Monmouth and Ocean County, and most of our new jobs still come from referrals — homeowners who tell a neighbor after we're gone. That's the metric we actually care about: not just a floor that looks beautiful on day one, but one that feels like home for years after.
