Scratched, dull, or the wrong color for your new decor — most hardwood floors have another 30+ years left in them, they just need to be brought back. We sand down to bare wood, repair damaged boards, and apply a fresh multi-coat finish in the sheen and stain color you want.
We run dust-containment sanding equipment, which keeps the mess to a fraction of what old-school sanding produces — a real difference if you're staying in the home during the work.

Our dust-containment sanding systems capture the vast majority of dust at the source, which is a major improvement over older sanding methods. Some fine dust is still normal — we do a full cleanup pass after every job.
Yes, significantly — if your floor has its finish worn through but the wood itself isn't deeply scratched or damaged, a recoat (light screen + new topcoat) can restore the shine at a fraction of full sanding cost.
