Let's Talk About Your Floors

Phone and text are fastest. 732-889-6029 reaches us directly during business hours — 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Friday and 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Saturday. Texting works if you are at work and cannot talk; send a photo of the floor and we can usually tell you something useful straight away.

Email goes to contact@jerseyconcept.com and is answered within one business day, usually sooner. It is the better channel if you are sending measurements, plans or a specification.

Sunday is by appointment. We do not keep regular Sunday hours, but if that is the only day that works for a quote visit, ask — we can usually make it happen.

We are a working crew, not an office. If nobody picks up we are on a floor somewhere in the county with a sander running. Leave a message or text and you will hear back the same day.

Jersey Concept Flooring & Renovation is based in West Long Branch, NJ. We have been installing and refinishing floors across the Jersey Shore since 2023.
