Luxury vinyl plank gives you the look of hardwood or tile with total waterproofing and dent resistance — a favorite for kitchens, basements, and homes with kids or pets.
About This Service
LVP has become our most requested flooring for a reason: it looks and feels remarkably close to real hardwood or natural stone, it's fully waterproof, and it shrugs off the wear that comes with real life — dropped pans, muddy paws, high heels.
We install rigid-core and SPC luxury vinyl plank with meticulous subfloor prep, because LVP telegraphs every imperfection underneath it if that step gets skipped. Ours doesn't.

What Homeowners Say
"I found this company online and was a bit skeptical as I normally like to get references from friends. Andriel showed up and I instantly felt at ease. He repaired the issues I had with my floors and I will definitely keep his number on hand. I was happy with the results."
"I hired this company to install flooring in my foyer, kitchen, powder bathroom, and dining area. Words cannot describe the amazing quality of the work that was done. It took them less than 2 days to complete. My floors are beautiful, clean lines. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for renovations."
"You should feel very confident about hiring Jersey Concept to do any tile work and wood flooring. Andriel, El and Josh as well as his tile installer are fantastic. The quality of the work is spot on and you will be very pleased you hired them. In only three days my house looks great thanks to these guys. I am recommending them to four of my friends."
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Questions, Answered
Yes — quality rigid-core and SPC luxury vinyl plank is 100% waterproof at the plank level, which is why it's our top recommendation for kitchens, bathrooms, basements and mudrooms.
In most cases yes, as long as the surface is flat, clean and structurally sound. We assess this during your free in-home measurement and handle any leveling that's needed.
LVP is fully waterproof and generally more dent- and scratch-resistant than laminate, which uses a wood-fiber core that can swell if it gets wet. LVP costs a bit more but holds up better in wet or high-traffic areas.
