Request a Commercial Bid
Send the scope, drawings or square footage — or just photos and a deadline. A real estimator reviews every request and replies with a number and a date, not a form email.

How a Commercial Bid Actually Moves
1. We confirm receipt and ask what's missing. If your ITB or RFP requires a site walk, insurance minimums, or a specific bid form, we'll flag it immediately rather than after we've priced the job.
2. We price against real square footage. Drawings, a finish schedule, or an accurate walk-through — not a guess off a floor plan PDF.
3. You get an itemized number and a real date. Materials, labor, prep, and anything that would trigger a change order, stated up front. See our insurance, licensing and W-9 details — most of what a vendor file needs is already on that page.
